Michael Ayars

Co-Founder & CEO

Michael has more than 25 years of broad Human Resources experience across multiple industries, coupled with a decade serving as a Law Enforcement Officer. He has extensive experience in leading all HR functions for extremely large companies and very small fast-growing entrepreneurial companies.


Prior to co-founding Tactical HR LLC, Michael performed various leadership roles with Qwest Communications, specializing in EEOC investigations and all things HR. In 2014, Michael accepted the position as the head of Human Resources for Unite Private Networks and was instrumental in growing the company financially and increasing the employee base from less than 60 employees to well over 300 employees in less than 8 years.


In order to help make the metropolitan area a safer place to live, work and visit, Michael currently serves on the board of Kansas City Crime Stoppers, a program of the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission, tasked with facilitating a partnership between the public, the media and law enforcement in order to help make the metropolitan area a safer place to live, work and visit.

Jason M. Park

Co-Founder & Partner

Jason has more than 25 years owning several successful businesses over many industries. With his vast knowledge and attention to detail, he has learned what it takes and who it takes to be successful. Jason brings his knowledge and experience to Tactical HR helping shape direction and process of the company. Jason is driven to be the best and knows it takes hiring the best to achieve that.


Prior to co-founding Tactical HR, LLC, Jason has enjoyed a long, successful career with Allstate Insurance with whom he is still employed. Over his career, Jason has built one of the largest agencies in the company that services over 10,000 households across 3 states. Jasons agency ranks in the top 10 within Allstate and he has garnered a reputation for continual success year after year by his peers. Jason is often sought after by fellow agents and Allstate to speak and consult other agents.


Jason is highly involved in the community through several charitable organizations including, Boys and Girls club, Good Hands in the Community and For the Love of Matteo to just name a few.
